Select the service you need and provide any relevant details at checkout. Previous repairs or symptoms help us diagnose and fix the issue more quickly.
Step 2 – Securely Package
Package your device securely with adequate padding, such as bubble wrap, and place it inside a sturdy box.
Send the device to the address shown at the bottom of your sales invoice.
Please include your name and order number inside the package, or a copy of the invoice, so your device can be correctly identified on arrival.
Send the device only. Do not include chargers, Joy-Cons, cables, SD cards, stands, or accessories unless specifically requested or required for an EmuMMC setup.
Step 3 – Repaired & Returned
Your device is professionally repaired or upgraded, fully tested, and returned to you.
Typical turnaround is 7–10 days, though most repairs are completed within the first few days.
