  • If the fault is uncertain or several controls are affected, contact StanTechFix before booking. We can confirm whether the issue is with the Joy-Con, its rail, battery, stick or the console itself.

  • Yes. We replace worn or damaged analogue stick modules, calibrate the controller and test movement, centring and button operation before return.

  • Compatible magnetic-sensor thumbstick upgrades can be fitted where suitable. Availability and compatibility should be confirmed before booking.

  • Yes. We can assess face buttons, directional controls, L/R and ZL/ZR shoulder controls, SL/SR buttons, rail assemblies and related flex-cable faults.

  • Yes. We can diagnose Joy-Cons that do not charge, register, pair or stay connected. These faults may involve the controller, rail hardware or the Switch console, so repair is subject to diagnosis.

  • Yes. UK mail-in repairs are available. You are responsible for arranging postage to StanTechFix using the address shown on your invoice and order confirmation email. Send only the affected Joy-Con controllers unless asked otherwise.

  • Completed repair work is covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, unrelated faults and later accidental damage are not covered.
