Important Repair Information

The selected price covers one connector or eligible board-mounted button repair and includes the first two damaged pads or traces. Additional trace reconstruction is charged at £10 per trace. We will confirm the damage and obtain approval before adding any charge.

This service does not automatically include replacement of the connected LCD, OLED panel, fan, rail, ribbon cable, game card assembly or daughterboard. If the cable or connected component is also damaged, we will provide a separate quote before proceeding.

Please do not use glue, tape or force to hold a damaged ribbon cable in place. Previous glue, epoxy, excessive heat, missing pads, corrosion or extensive board damage may require additional work or may make repair uneconomical.

Warranty

This repair includes a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the replacement connector or switch and labour. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, tampering, damage to connected parts or unrelated faults.

Shipping and Identification

The customer is responsible for inbound postage and must create their own shipping label. Send the console to the address shown at the bottom of the invoice and order confirmation email. Include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Remove all game cards and microSD cards before shipping. Do not send Joy-Cons, the dock or charger unless requested. Local customers can select the free Peterborough Workshop option.
