This service does not include data recovery and cannot repair a corrupt, counterfeit or incompatible microSD card. Please test more than one known-working card before booking. Additional liquid damage, trace damage or unrelated motherboard faults will be quoted separately before work continues.
Warranty
This repair includes a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the replacement part and labour. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, tampering, customer-supplied parts or unrelated faults.
Shipping and Identification
The customer is responsible for inbound postage and must create their own shipping label. Send the console to the address shown at the bottom of the invoice and order confirmation email. Include your name and order number inside the parcel. Remove game cards and microSD cards, and do not send Joy-Cons, the dock or charger unless requested. Local customers can select the free Peterborough Workshop option.
