Professional DualSense fault finding and hardware assessment for no power, charging faults, liquid damage, Bluetooth problems, speaker or built-in microphone faults, and intermittent or unknown issues. The diagnostic fee covers inspection, testing and fault finding; repair options are provided separately once the fault is identified.
The £20 diagnostic fee is deducted in full from the total price if you approve the quoted repair. We explain the findings and obtain your approval before any additional chargeable work.
If you decline the repair or the controller cannot be repaired, the fee covers the diagnostic work completed, subject to your cancellation and consumer rights.
Every completed repair includes our 90-day workmanship warranty. TMR upgrades also include StanTechFix’s separate 12-month guarantee against drift in the TMR sticks we fit. Read the coverage, exclusions and cancellation terms.
For mail-in service, arrange your own postage to the address on your invoice and order confirmation. Pack the controller securely and include your name and order number. For Peterborough drop-off, select the free Workshop option at checkout and arrange an appointment.
