The installation has a 90-day workmanship warranty. Separately, if a TMR stick we fitted develops drift during normal use within 12 months of you receiving or collecting it, StanTechFix will diagnose and resolve the drift at no charge for the covered work or parts.
This is our guarantee, handled directly by StanTechFix. Contact us with your order number if you need help. It covers drift in the TMR sticks we fit, with exclusions for damage caused by accidents, liquid, misuse, abuse, user error or later alterations. Unrelated controller faults are not covered. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read our repair terms and warranty details.
Edge bookings are priced per removable stick module. Send only the module or modules being upgraded unless we ask for the complete controller.
The £50 price includes the £20 advanced-controller surcharge for additional disassembly and flex-cable removal. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility with your exact model.
Modified controllers can contain clicky kits, remap boards, glued components or previous repairs. If we cannot safely carry out the upgrade, we will contact you before proceeding.
This is a service for your own controller; a controller is not included. TMR sensors reduce the wear associated with traditional potentiometers, but mechanical and unrelated board faults can still occur.
Pack the controller securely and arrange your own postage to the address on your invoice and order confirmation. Include your name and order number. Tracked postage with suitable cover is recommended.
