If the fan connector on your PS5 motherboard is loose, damaged or has been pulled off, we can inspect the area and repair the connection using microsoldering.
Replacement of the damaged fan connector
Pad reconstruction and trace repair where required and repairable
Microscope inspection of the repaired area
Testing to confirm stable fan operation
The standard repair is the price shown above and confirmed at checkout. Severe damage, such as a missing trace that needs an alternative connection point, may require a separate quote. We will explain the findings and obtain your approval before any additional chargeable work.
Until the fan is connected and working, keep the console switched off to avoid overheating.
If a fault is caused by our repair work within 90 days of you receiving or collecting your device, contact us and we will assess it and put our work right at no charge. Damage caused by accidents, liquid, misuse, abuse, user error or later alterations, and unrelated faults, are not covered. Your statutory rights are unaffected. For mail-in service, pack the console securely and arrange your own postage to the address on your invoice and order confirmation. Include your name and order number, and send the console only unless we request accessories.
