WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS
Inspection and testing of the bumper mechanism and switches. The failed bumper bar, actuator or tactile switch will be replaced as required, followed by functional testing.

IMPORTANT
This service is for official Microsoft controllers. Modified, SCUF and other third-party controllers must be assessed before ordering and may incur additional labour. Faults caused by liquid damage, damaged circuit-board pads or unrelated board failures may require a separate quotation.
POSTAGE
You are responsible for arranging and paying for postage to StanTechFix. Create your own shipping label and send the controller to the address shown at the bottom of your invoice and order confirmation email. Do not send batteries, cables, cases or removable accessories unless requested.
WARRANTY
Completed repair work is covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are not covered.
