WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS
Initial electrical inspection, power and charging checks, connector and board inspection, and functional testing where possible. The £15 standard-controller fee or £35 Elite/modified-controller fee covers diagnosis only.
DIAGNOSIS IS NOT A REPAIR
No repair work or replacement parts are included. Once the fault is identified, we will explain the findings and provide a separate quotation where repair is practical. No additional work is carried out without approval. The diagnostic fee remains payable if the controller is uneconomical or impossible to repair.

No-power and connection faults can be caused by batteries, damaged terminals, USB or charging faults, corrosion, liquid damage, previous repair attempts or failed circuit-board components. This service does not guarantee that the controller can be repaired.
POSTAGE
You are responsible for arranging and paying for postage to StanTechFix. Create your own shipping label and send the controller to the address shown at the bottom of your invoice and order confirmation email. Do not send batteries, cables, cases, paddles or removable accessories unless requested.
WARRANTY
Diagnostic work identifies the condition present during testing. Any repair later approved is covered separately by the applicable workmanship warranty.
