from £15.00
Stick:
Controller Model:

Mail-in repair for stick drift, poor centring, dead zones or inconsistent thumbstick movement on official Xbox controllers.

WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS

The controller is tested to confirm the fault. The worn potentiometer or conventional analogue joystick module is replaced as required, followed by calibration and functional testing.

SUPPORTED CONTROLLERS

Xbox Wireless Controller - Model 1914

Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 1 - Model 1698

Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 / Core - Model 1797

Select the left stick, right stick or both at checkout. Elite controllers carry an additional £20 labour charge because their construction makes disassembly, calibration and reassembly more involved.

STANDARD REPAIR ONLY

This product uses conventional analogue replacement parts. It does not include a Hall Effect or TMR conversion. Choose the separate TMR Upgrade product if you specifically want magnetic sensors.

IMPORTANT

Drift can also be caused by mechanical damage, contamination, calibration data or a circuit-board fault. If the selected repair will not resolve the problem, we will contact you before carrying out additional chargeable work. Modified, SCUF and other third-party controllers require assessment before ordering.

POSTAGE

You are responsible for arranging and paying for postage to StanTechFix. Create your own shipping label and send the controller to the address shown at the bottom of your invoice and order confirmation email. Do not send batteries, cables, cases or removable accessories unless requested.

WARRANTY

Completed repair work is covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are not covered.
