In some cases, the HDMI retimer IC, ESD protection components, filters, or related board circuitry may also be faulty. If further faults are found after the HDMI port replacement or during testing, we will contact you before carrying out any additional work.
Additional retimer, ESD, filter, or board-level repairs are not included in this HDMI port replacement service and may require purchasing an additional repair service or approving a separate quote.

The first two damaged HDMI traces or pads are included where repairable.
Additional trace or pad repairs are charged at £10 each and will be confirmed before any extra work is carried out.
Severe board damage, missing pads, or previous failed repair attempts may require a separate quote after inspection.
Warranty
This service includes a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the HDMI port replacement and related labour.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, further impact damage, customer tampering, or unrelated board-level faults.

Customers are responsible for paying postage and creating their own shipping label to send the console in.
