Yes. Standard stick drift repair uses conventional replacement analogue stick modules, followed by calibration and functional testing. Choose one stick or both and the correct controller model when booking.

TMR upgrades are available for the standard Xbox Wireless Controller, model 1914, only. Installation includes calibration and functional testing. Elite Series 2 and Elite Series 2 Core (1797) cannot have TMR upgrades because of rear-paddle interference; standard stick drift repair is available instead. We do not offer Hall Effect upgrades for Xbox controllers.

USB-C port repair is £25 for the standard Xbox Series controller (1914), or £45 for Elite Series 2 and Elite Series 2 Core (1797). This covers the USB-C connection; standard controllers do not charge ordinary AA batteries through the port. Micro-USB port repairs are not offered.

Yes. Book bumper repair for intermittent or unresponsive LB or RB buttons. For face buttons, D-pads, trigger faults or modified clicky-button controllers, tell us the symptoms before booking so we can confirm the right service.

Many Elite and modified controllers can be repaired, but internal layouts and aftermarket parts vary. Advanced and modified models carry a £20 labour uplift; the listed Elite prices already include it. Select the correct model when booking and contact us first if you are unsure. TMR upgrades are limited to standard model 1914.

Yes, we accept UK mail-in repairs. You arrange and pay for postage to us, using the address on your invoice or order confirmation. Return delivery is selected separately at checkout. Read our packing and shipping guide, or arrange Peterborough drop-off by appointment.

Completed repairs and TMR installations include a 90-day workmanship warranty for the work carried out. Customer-supplied parts and faults unrelated to that work are excluded. Diagnostic bookings cover assessment; any repair is quoted separately. See our warranty terms and exclusions.
